North Hudson is a village in St. Croix County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 3,463 at the 2000 census. There were 1,315 households out of which 37.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 63.0% were married couples living together, 6.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.8% were non-families. 19.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 3.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.63 and the average family size was 3.06. The median income for a household in the village was $60,848, and the median income for a family was $70,938. Males had a median income of $46,970 versus $30,313 for females. The per capita income for the village was $26,540. North Hudson has its own Police Department, North Hudson Police Department. Fire and EMS services are provided through the City of Hudson by Hudson Fire Department and St. Croix EMS & Rescue.

River Falls Wisconsin - Population: 12,560
River Falls is a city in Pierce and St. Croix counties in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 12,560 at the 2000 census. The city is located mostly within the Town of River Falls in Pierce County; only a small portion lies within the Town of Kinnickinnic in St. Croix County. River Falls is located 25 miles southeast of downtown St. Paul, Minnesota and is part of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metropolitan Statistical Area, along with the rest of Pierce and St. Croix Counties. It was originally named "Greenwood" but this was changed, as another Greenwood, Wisconsin already existed. River Falls High School is the area's public high school. River Falls is also home to the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, and through 2009 the site of the summer camp of the Kansas City Chiefs. It is home to the 2005, 2007, 2008, and 2009 Marching Band State Champions in AAA division.

Hudson Wisconsin - Population: 8,775
Hudson is a city in St. Croix County, Wisconsin, United States. As of the 2000 census, its population was 8,775. Its 2008 estimated population was 11,865. The village of North Hudson is located directly to the north of Hudson. Hudson is widely regarded as a historic St. Croix River town and its residents and visitors enjoy a vibrant community with many thriving businesses and buildings on the National Register of Historic Places. Hudson was settled in the summer of 1840 by Louis Massey and his brother in-law, Peter Bouchea. William Steets arrived at about the same time. Later that same year, Joseph Sauperson (commonly known as Joe LaGrue) took up residence. These four are considered Hudson's original inhabitants. Massey and Bouchea settled at the mouth of the Willow River, near the present-day First and St. Croix Streets.
