There were 1,524 households out of which 44.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 76.8% were married couples living together, 8.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 11.9% were non-families. 10.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 3.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.99 and the average family size was 3.21. The median income for a household in the CDP was $65,486, and the median income for a family was $68,365. Norwood Ohio - Population: 21,675
Norwood is the second most populous city in Hamilton County, Ohio, United States. The city is an enclave of the larger city of Cincinnati. The population was 21,675 at the 2000 census. Originally settled as an early suburb of Cincinnati in the wooded countryside north of the city, the area is characterized by older homes and tree-lined streets. Norwood is currently undergoing economic and social changes due to recent retail and business development. The area now known as Norwood was settled in the early 1800s as a coach stop along the Montgomery Road turnpike near the present day intersection of Smith Road. The village was originally named Sharpsburg after an early settler named John Sharpe. It was informally referred to as "Northwood" due to its location north of Cincinnati and being heavily wooded countryside. Much of the area was horse farms or fruit and vegetable orchards.

Loveland Ohio - Population: 11,677
Present-day Loveland originally lay at the edges of the Symmes Purchase and Virginia Military District. The area was first settled in 1795 by Col. Thomas Paxton[2] and is named after James Loveland, who operated a general store and post office near the railroad tracks downtown. It was incorporated as a village on May 12, 1878, and later incorporated as a chartered city in 1961.[3] The city came to include the town once known as Paxton.[4]
In its early days, Loveland was known as a resort town, with its summer homes for the wealthy, earning it the nickname "Little Switzerland of the Miami Valley." Notable residents included future Chief Justice Salmon P. Chase.[5] The Hillsboro and Cincinnati Railroad was chartered in 1846 to run a line between Hillsboro and O'Bannon Creek in Loveland on the Little Miami Railroad's route.
