Ocean Springs is a city in Jackson County, Mississippi, about 2 miles east of Biloxi. The population was 17,225 at the 2000 census. The town has had a reputation as an "arts community." Its secluded downtown area, with streets lined by oak trees, has been home to several art galleries and shops plying artistic wares. It is also home to a number of ethnic restaurants, relatively uncommon in surrounding communities. Ocean Springs was the hometown of the late Walter Inglis Anderson, a nationally renowned painter and muralist. The town plays host to many festivals, including its Peter Anderson Festival and The Herb Festival.

Biloxi Mississippi - Population: 50,644
Biloxi ([b?'l?ksi]) is a city in Harrison County, Mississippi, in the United States. The 2000 census recorded the population as 50,644. It is the smaller (population wise) of two principal cities of the Gulfport, Mississippi-Biloxi, Mississippi Metropolitan Statistical Area, which is included in the Gulport-Biloxi-Pascagoula, Mississippi Combined Statistical Area. The city is co–county seat with Gulfport.
On August 29, 2005, Biloxi was severely damaged by Hurricane Katrina, which struck with a 30-foot (9-meter) storm surge, but Biloxi began re-building soon after, with 3 casinos re-opened in late December, Beau Rivage re-opened on Katrina's anniversary, and other hotels/casinos being added in 2006 (see below).[1] In the center of what fisheries biologists term "The Fertile Fisheries Crescent", Biloxi offers some of the finest sportsfishing along the entire northern coast of the Gulf of Mexico.

D'Iberville Mississippi - Population: 7,608
D'Iberville is a city in Harrison County, Mississippi, United States, immediately north of Biloxi, across the back bay. It is part of the Gulfport–Biloxi, Mississippi Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is named after Pierre Le Moyne d'Iberville who arrived at the area in 1699. Nearly 300 years later, D'Iberville officially became a city in 1988. The City of D’Iberville was one of the Gulf-Coast cities hit by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. As a result of an initiative by the Congress for the New Urbanism under the sponsorship of Governor Haley Barbour and the State of Mississippi, the City of D’Iberville received town design consulting services from some of the most prestigious urban designers in the country. Since then, the City of D’Iberville has been working with Jaime Correa and Associates on the implementation of its master plan, on a full fledge New Urbanism SmartCode for its downtown area, and on the implementation of mixed-use neighborhood and main street.
