Hobe Sound is located at 27°4'36?N, 80°8'31?W (27.076737, -80.142076)GR1. Hobe Sound is an urban area in southern Martin County near the Atlantic Ocean. It stretches along the coast between Port Salerno and Jonathan Dickinson State Park but does not include Jupiter Island. Its western board is not clearly defined though most development drops off only a few miles inland at Powerline Road. According to the United States Census Bureau, Hobe Sound has a total area of 5.7 square miles (14.8 km²)— 5.5 square miles (14.1 km²) of it is land and 0.3 square miles (0.7 km²) of it (4.71%) is water. Hobe Sound enjoys a subtropical climate with high temperatures ranging from the middle 40s in the winter to the 90s in the summer.

Jupiter Florida - Population: 39,328
Jupiter is a town located in Palm Beach County, Florida. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 39,328. As of 2004, the population recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau is 46,752.[1]
The area where the town now sits was originally named for the Hobe indian tribe which lived at the mouth of the Loxahatchee River. A mapmaker misunderstood the Indian name 'Hobe' and recorded it as 'Jove'. Subsequent mapmakers further misunderstood this to be the Latin translation of the god Jupiter, and they anglicized the name from Jove to 'Jupiter.' The Roman god Jupiter (or Zeus in the Greek mythology) is the chief Roman god, husband of Juno, and god of light, of the sky and weather, and of the state and its welfare and its laws. It is the only town in America to have such a name. It inspired a neighboring village to name itself "Juno Beach".

Stuart Florida - Population: 14,633
In the 1700s, several Spanish galleons shipwrecked in the Martin County area of Florida's Treasure Coast. The multiple wrecks were reportedly the result of a hurricane, and the ships were carrying unknown quantities of gold and silver. Some of this treasure has since been recovered.
The Treasure Coast area that became Stuart was first settled by non-Native Americans in 1870. In 1875, a United States Lifesaving Station was established on Florida's Hutchinson Island, near the Stuart area. Today, the station is known as Gilbert's Bar House of Refuge and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

The median income for a household in the CDP was $39,839, and the median income for a family was $45,016. Males had a median income of $32,420 versus $25,371 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $24,948.

The racial makeup of the village was 97.97% White, 0.47% African American, 0.09% Native American, 0.70% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 0.13% from other races, and 0.61% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.43% of the population.
There were 2,344 households out of which 22.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 55.7% were married couples living together, 7.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 35.1% were non-families. 29.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 17.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.22 and the average family size was 2.75.
