Culver City is a city in western Los Angeles County, California. As of the 2000 census, the city had a population of 38,816. The community is mostly surrounded by the city of Los Angeles but also has a border with unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County. The current mayor is Gary Silbiger. Since the 1920s, Culver City has been a significant center for motion picture and later television production, in part because it was the home of MGM Studios. It also was the headquarters for the Hughes Aircraft Company from the 1930s to the 1980s. National Public Radio West and Sony Pictures Entertainment now have headquarters in the city.

Santa Monica is a coastal city in western Los Angeles County, California, USA. Manhattan Beach is a city located in southwestern Los Angeles County, California, USA. The population was 33,852 at the 2000 census. Of a rotating City Council of five members, Mitch Ward is the current mayor.
The city is on the Pacific Ocean coast, to the south of El Segundo, and to the north of Hermosa Beach. To the east are the cities of Lawndale and Redondo Beach. It is one of the three Beach Cities in the South Bay.
As of the census of 2000, there were 33,852 people, 14,474 households, and 8,394 families residing in the city. The population density was 3,325.8/km² (8,606.7/mi²). There were 15,034 housing units at an average density of 1,477.0/km² (3,822.3/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 88.99% White, 0.61% African American, 0.21% Native American, 6.04% Asian, 0.12% Pacific Islander, 1.23% from other races, and 2.81% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 5.19% of the population.

Beverly Hills California - Population: 33,784
Beverly Hills is a city in the western part of Los Angeles County, California. Beverly Hills and the City of West Hollywood are together entirely surrounded by the city of Los Angeles. Marina Del Rey California - Population: 8,176
Marina del Rey (Spanish for "Navy of the King", or "Seacoast of the King") is a census-designated place seaside community located in an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County, California. The Fisherman's Village offers a good view of Marina del Rey's dominant feature, the largest man-made small boat harbor in the world with about 7000 pleasure boats and yachts. The marina is surrounded by many high rise luxury Condos, hotels, apartments, shops, and restaurants, as well as the USC Information Sciences Institute and ICANN, currently the closest thing the Internet has to a governing organization. There are also a large number of shopping centers lining the Pacific Coast Highway just to the east.
